Angel's Scholarship Requirement & Application

Meningitis Angels has specific guidelines and scholarship requirements.

Only those Meningitis Angels high school seniors who qualify need apply.

Please note all the following requirements before proceeding to print application.

All scholarships are awarded on a point system, approved by an unbiased committee and according to funding availability.

Please note April 15th is the deadline for all applications.

RULES FOR APPLICATION

• You must be a bacterial meningitis survivor .

• You must be a verifiable active member of Meningitis Angels at least two years prior to your high school senior year.

• You must be in your high school senior year to apply.

• You must be a United States Citizen.

• You must complete :
