Dark is the night
I can battle the storm
Never say die
I've been down this road before
I'll never quit
I'll never lay down, mmm
See, I promised myself that I'd never let me down
So I'll never give up
Never give in
Never let a ray of doubt slip in
And if I fall
I'll never fail
I'll just get up and try again
Never lose hope
Never lose faith
There's much too much at stake
Upon myself I must depend
I'm not looking for place or show
I'm gonna win
No stopping now
There's still a ways to go, oh
Someway, somehow
Whatever it takes, I know
I'll never quit, no, no
I'll never go down, mmm, mmm
I'll make sure they remember Jayden's name
A hundred years from now
I'll never give up
Never give in
Never let a ray of doubt slip in
And if I fall
I'll never fail
Just get up and try again
I'll never lose hope
Never lose faith
There's much too much at stake
Upon myself I must depend
I'm not looking for place or show
I'm gonna win
When it's all said and done
My once in a lifetime will be back again
Now is the time
To take a stand
Here is my chance
That's why I
I'll never give up
Never give in
Never let a ray of doubt slip in
And if I fall
I'll never fail
I'll just get up and try again
Never lose hope
Never lose faith
There's much too much at stake
Upon myself I must depend
I'm not looking for place or show
I'm gonna
win
Mmm, I'm gonna win

Remember that Jayden has an angel walking along side him through his
recovery.
In life, we never walk alone!
Prayers and messages for Jayden,, Mom and Dad
Jayden,
I hope this little message brings you cheer. There are many
angels in heaven who are watching over you. We can't all wait, to hear from you,
when you get well. We will all celebrate with mommy and daddy soon. Until then, you will remain on our hearts and in our prayers little one. We are all here
Jenny. Jayden, I have chosen the music, Brave Heart for your page. Be
of brave heart little man. Love Frankie, HBA Ryan's mom and the Angel Family (God
has our son and we have His.)
Jenny,
Four
years ago today I was able to bring my Carye home from the
hospital - they didn't think she would - I'm praying for you and your
family still. Give Jayden kisses from us. Kate and EBA Carye
Sweet,
little Jayden,
May God be with you through this battle, may he provide the strength for you and
your dear family. You're a precious Angel to us already...
To Jayden's Family, God knows what's right. The most important thing is to keep
your faith. Faith works miracles! No matter what you go through in life, if
you keep our Heavenly Father in your heart, you will always gain.
All my LOVE & PRAYERS!
Faithful Daughter Lana
Daughter of HBA Gina
Jenny
- don't give up hope. God truly works miracles. A little over 2 years ago,
they told me that Caleb would be blind and would probably never walk unaided.
They told me all sorts of scary things. I truly believe that they are just
trying to prepare you for the worst.
Dear
Jayden,
Father
in heaven, I lift up little Jayden and his family to you. I ask that you
would hold this precious child in your loving arms. Please comfort and
encourage the family who loves him so dearly.
Jayden and family, My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time
Dear
Jayden, my name is Summer. I am 9 years old and live in Texas and I am asking
Jesus to make you better really soon.
How
glad I am to find this site. I am Emily's mum and on October
15th. 2000 at the age of 4, Emily fell into catastrophic illness with
bacterial meningitis and septicemia (type B). we woke at 8.00 am to
find her legs turning blue. To make a very long story very short,
she lived but at a cost. She spent 4 weeks in ICU in an eyes open
coma, finally smiled 5 weeks on, whispered single words 7 weeks on
and left acute care after 5 months with movement in her upper body
only. She suffered multiple strokes and massive destruction to her
legs below both knees though she retains her legs (of a sort) today and
will have many more surgeries. She then went on to 14 months of
intensive rehab both in hospital during the working week and at home
at night and during the weekends. By the end of that she was using a
wheelchair, bilateral AFO's, using a walking frame a bit, crawling,
talking (though hesitantly), beginning to play again - what a
fighter! Today she goes to school, has fun, laughs a lot, has quite a
few tantrums, very few friends (disability isolates). She has
physical and cognitive disabilities and will never again be as she
was once, long ago. Emily is who she is today, a child with a destiny
unplanned and uncharted. I pray daily for the grace to remain in
TODAY. Em has just come in to give me a hug. She says to tell you
all 'Emily got away from meningitis because she is so strong, then
can I go on the Pollypocket site?' So I must go, but I send all our
love and our prayers tonight for Jayden (have hope!!) and all who
suffer because of this cruel illness. With much love from us (in
Ireland), Steph, Emily and family.
Jenny,
Andy & Jayden--
Jenny
and Andy, you and Jayden are in my prayers. It must be so very difficult.
God is with you. Hang in there.
I
send my love again to Jayden's family. Emily smiled after 5 weeks, I am
praying for them. Thank you for being there Frankie, love, Steph. EBA mom to
Emily
After
today's report we'll be praying with renewed energy - this
sounds so like Emily's first weeks in hospital and with all my heart
and soul I remember how long the wait was for that first smile and
those first whispered words - but they did come and HOW we thanked
God!!! So our most heartfelt prayers and love, Steph, Emily and
family.
Precious little Jayden, little Earth Bound Angel Man, We are praying you will
soon be back to important things, like playing, singing, watching toons and this
will all be a bad dream you have awaken from. We love you little Angel
Man, Frankie
Andy and Jenny,
Andy,
thanks for sharing such wonderful news!!! You are all in my prayers.
Leonora HBA Amy's sister
Andy-
What great news!!! Keep the updates coming!!! Lori EBA, Jena's mom
I can remember
that at 5 weeks Emily could not do half what Jayden is managing, I am
so thrilled. Dear Andy and Jenny it is SLOW slow slow. I remember
aching for Emily in her struggles to regain EVERYTHING. Today she is
still making gains. Our love and prayers to all of you. Steph.
I
remember the same with Sherry. We were thrilled with every small step she
took. We still look for every small thing that she does that she couldn't do
before. I am so proud of all her accomplishments. Maybe she will totally be
healed someday, but if not we will still look for that miracle. If it don't
happen in this lifetime, it will happen in heaven. But she is a joy to me
everyday. We are amazed at what God is doing for Jayden and all the Erarth
Bound angels, and amazed too at the families of the Heaven Bound Angels. The
HBA's received their ultimate healing, and the relatives are helping the
earthbound angels. Thank you to everyone on Meningitis angels for all the help
and encouragement. Love, Martha (mom of Sherry Lopez, EBA,)
Andy
and Sherry, thank you for sharing such wonderful, wonderful news!!! I thank God
for Jayden's continued progress! Hope you guys have a terrific time celebrating
tomorrow night. Dance one for my Amy! She would be so happy about Jayden!
Dear
Angel Family,
Carye and I have been going to see Jayden, Jen and Andy up at
Children's and as you all know he is doing great. Saturday was a great
day from my perspective. The change from last week to this Saturday was
tremendous. Jayden was sitting up and focused in on Carye when she talked to
him.
Jayden also reacted very strongly to mint.
Doesn't like it and didn't want it in his mouth and he let the therapist know
it.
Carye loves going to see them. I can't wait for the day when we
can see the Singers outside of the hospital. But until that time, we
need to keep them lifted up. Andy and Jenny are exhausted. I truly
saw it when I was there Saturday. And I do too. I just wish that I
could do more for them. Keep the prayers going. Let them know how much
they are loved. It's love and prayers that are keeping them going at this
point.
