Hi my name is Alexa. My parents called me "Lexi" and "Bear Girl".   I was their only baby girl. When I was just seven months old, I went home to Heaven. A vaccine preventable disease took my life called

Meningococcal Meningitis/Meningococcemia.

I did not have to die. My mommy, daddy and my brothers have joined other, Meningitis Angels families to support each other, educate and prevent other infants, children and young adults from being debilitated or dying from this killer disease.
