Hi my name is Alexa. My mommy and daddy called me Lexi Bear. When I was seven months old, meningitis took my life. Since then my parents Chris and Michele and my brothers Christopher and Zachary have joined the Meningitis Angel Family. Each year they host a walk in my memory to raise money for Angels. Because of this Meningitis Angels can do their important work. You can help! |

Because of the generosity of
Meningitis Angels is able to offer (2) round trip certificates, which can be redeemed for air travel with in the US48/Alaska/Canada/Mexico/Caribbean or Central America. Must be 18 years or older to enter, some travel rules apply. For each $100.00 you donated/raised for the walk you will receive (1) ticket for the drawing. Some of you have already started sending in your donations. You will receive a ticket/tickets with your receipt. The deadline to get in the drawing for those not walking in New Jersey is October 10,2006. This will enable us to get your tickets for the drawing to you prior to the walk. For those attending the walk you can still get your ticket/s the morning of the walk as you turn in your donations. The winning ticket will be drawn at the walk by Lexi's big brother Chris. The winner will be notified immediately. Make sure you print out the Form and fill out completely so we know how to contact you.

We love you and cannot thank you enough. I know that Lexi Bear and all of our Heaven Bound Angels are very proud of you.
